coming back to the Oxford Garden. I even contacted the manufacturer before my purchase. They were right on target with the description of the quality of their product. I live in a resort area. As a final test before my purchase I visited a local resort. They had two similar market umbrellas around the pool which were purchased at a local discount retailer for a third of the price. After only one season both had broken ribs that were rigged with aluminum tubing. The wood was cracking and the finish was all but gone. The sectioned pole was loose and wobbly. below average quality

I bought the unbrella and stand. Umbrella doesn't sit straight in stand and even though it has a nice look the materials are below average. The fabric already broke and the cords to pull up don't work very good with the system. I have to fix it all the time using a ladder which is not the idea I had about relaxing under the shade of the umbrella.More detail ...

Can't be beat!

This umbrella is an excellent product throw in the great price it's a win win!! Very happy with the purchase. The low price may lead some to think the quality is inferior. WRONG. We have had some strong wind rain storms move through our area and the umbrella has held up wonderfully.
